Summary: The room itself was clean but the air conditioner was very dirty. Upon turning it on, it blew dark debris on the bed. When shutting off, the front panel fell off and I could see how dirty the inside was. I reported it to the front desk and he told me that the air conditioners had just been cleaned. I work in building operations for my job and based on the work that they completed, if it was done, you need to hire somebody else to clean your air conditioners. They did not do a good job. It was a humid weekend and the air conditioner was not able to be used. Front desk staff members were pleasant.

Summary: We just needed a place to rest for a few days while visiting family. The hotel hallway smelt like pot and also the walls are paper thin and the people next to us had their TV on loudly all night long. The night before there were kids and I swear it sounded like they were playing basketball in their room.

Summary: Parking lot and walkways were all ice. Spoke to attendant and he said the people that took care of that did not show.my question is why attendant could not jys put ice melt done for more tfan 20 feet fr door if that. Room above us were noisy all night not able to sleep at all.
